How To Cook ?

Step 1

Soak the vermicelli in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes until soft, then drain the water.

Step 2

Steam the soaked vermicelli for 5 minutes and set it aside.

Step 3

Allow it to cool down before serving.

For Spicy Vermicelli

In a pan add required oil and crackle mustard seeds, add channa dal and urad dal, then fry onion, tomato , chilli, curry leaves, other desired vegetables (optional) and add required salt. Now add steamed vermicelli to it and mix well. Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
