Prema, hailing from Varadarajapuram in Coimbatore, transitioned from a teaching career to entrepreneurship, driven by a passion for healthy eating. After saving diligently for over a decade, she ventured into producing nutritious noodles made from millets like ragi (finger millet), samai (little millet), and thinai (foxtail millet).Her journey wasn’t without challenges. In the initial three months, she experimented extensively, leading to the wastage of about 200 kilograms of flour. However, her perseverance paid off. Today, her brand, Narpavy, generates monthly sales of approximately ₹2 lakhs.Prema’s journey reflects remarkable resilience and creativity, proving that consistent effort can turn obstacles into thriving opportunities.
